Whistleblowing

Matic Plast Milano is committed to conducting its business ethically and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. To this end, it encourages all its employees, collaborators, business partners, and consultants to report any instances of unlawful conduct (so-called Whistleblowing) and/or conduct that violates the principles expressly set forth in the Code of Ethics adopted by the Company, in the Organization, Management, and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, as well as conduct that violates laws and regulations.

The reporting of any misconduct allows the Company not only to mitigate risks but also to promptly implement the corrective measures deemed necessary.

What should be reported through the Whistleblowing?

All information— even if only reasonably suspected—relating to criminal activities (whether crimes or offenses), accounting irregularities, antitrust violations, corruption, discrimination and harassment, violations of human rights and fundamental freedoms, environmental violations and breaches of the company’s quality system, fraud and threats to company assets, health and safety issues, influence peddling, tax fraud, violations of the 231 Model, conduct, acts, or omissions that harm the public interest or the integrity of Matic Plast Milano, violations of national laws or regulations, European Union legislation, and more.

Protection of whistleblowers

Matic Plast Milano guarantees that no form of retaliation, harassment, or discrimination (direct or indirect) against the whistleblower is permitted or tolerated, even if only attempted or threatened, and for reasons related—directly or indirectly—to the report.
